Q: Do you still do help buying product from Taiwan?

Q: I sent several emails to you. Why you still haven't replied me?
A:  If you still don't get my reply after 6 working days that you emailed me twice,
please send it to my other email [miakyou@gmaildotcom].

You should receive my reply within 2 working days.
Please also check your Junk or Spam mail.


Q: I want to buy, but do you ship them to my country?
A: Taiwan Post does not ship a parcel to some certain countries.

Q: I paid you a few days ago. Why you still haven't bid auction yet?
A: Some sellers don't allow me to bid directly due to their rules in their sales.
So, I must contact them first before I can bid it to avoid dispute.


Q: I paid my order, but why out of stock / sold out?
A:  The quotation I send to you is not confirmation of your order.
Some sellers don't update their online listing sales frequently.
You can pick other item to replace it in case of sold out or out of stock.
Or, I can refund this cost to you.


Q: Why don't you check with them first if they have stock before I pay?
A:  We need to place the order first, then they properly check their physical stocks. 
Most sellers in Taiwan still give wrong answer although they verbally confirm their stocks.

Q: Why do they still list them on sale when they're out of stock?
A: Here are main reasons for their inaccuracy stocks:
~  item is lost (couldn't find it) only when they start to pack it
~ they forgot that it's already sold-out somewhere
~ they forgot or rarely update their online sale listings
~ they already privately reserved item for certain buyer
~ they just found out that their supplier has no stock 


Q: Why don't they allow you to bid it right away?
Reason #1: They may want to avoid high selling-fee charged by Ruten/Yahoo.
                      So, they change it to a lower price or close their sale first before you can bid it.

Reason #2: They need to check if your item is in stock before you can bid it.
It's because some sellers don't update their listing sales frequently.


Q: Do you combine all of products from different sellers and ship them to me?
A: Yes, I'll pack all of your products together in one parcel
unless there are size and weight limits for Air Small Packet (max 2kg).


Q: Can you send the PayPal link for me to pay?
A: For the purposes of enhanced security and purchase safety, 
I will not send any link for you to click and pay. 
So, you need to sign in your own account in your device to avoid any scam and fake link.


Q: When will my order be shipped? It's been more than 2~3 weeks!
Reason #1: Your particular product(s) can be "pre-order".
So, your supplier needs extra weeks to re-make your order after receiving your payment.

Reason #2: Some sellers are not quite active especially in Ruten.
So, it may take a few days or weeks to get a response from an inactive seller.

Reason #3: Some of them can be very slow at delivery as they're not specialized
in selling on a full-time basis. So, they may need extra days to mail your order.

Q: Can you please label my package as a gift?
A: Yes, of course. I'll do it even if you don't ask me. 


Q: Can you please declare the low value on my package?
A: Yes, I can do it based on your personal request.


Q: How much does the Registered Airmail cost?
A: They charge it based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
Please note that insurance fee and emergency surcharge rate are not included yet.


Q: How much does the EMS cost to me?
A: They charge it based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
Please note that insurance fee and emergency surcharge rate are not included yet.

Q: Why do I have to pay insurance fee for my parcel?
A: Taiwan Post requires Registered Airmail to be insured for most countries.
But, some countries are exceptions to this requirement:
Canada, Chile, Germany, Mexico, Russia, Spain, and UK
However, you can choose to mail EMS without insurance fee.


Q: How much does insurance cost?
A: Insurance fee depends on how much insurance coverage you want.
Insurance fee TWD 20 is for the upfront insurance coverage for 1000 NTD,
and TWD 10 is for the next additional insurance coverage for 1000 NTD.
For example, you want insurance coverage for 8000 NTD.
So, you need to pay insurance fee for TWD 90.



Q: How much is emergency surcharge rate?
A: Extra emergency surcharge fee per kg is required for mailing services.

Q: How long will I get my package after you mail it?
A: Registered Airmail normally takes 8~12 working days to reach you.
If you choose EMS, it takes about 3~5 working days to any country.
